2nd day
The next day Jenni and
Kenny wanted to make a trip by the motorbikes in order to see the Pont
d'Ard. It was there first time to come with us to the Ardèche,
but it won't be the last time ! ;)
Said - done...
They liked the Pont d'Arc as much as the
others.
And the view along the road with lots of
circles...
... they found it
impressing.
And it is a wonderful view !
In St. Martin de l'Ardèche, which lies at
the Delta of the Ardeche, we enjoyed an ice-cream.
Unfortunately I noticed when we wanted to go on that my bike would stop
in some meters because of missing fuel.
Ouups...
So we were forced to stop....
and Jörg had to drive back to the village site to fill a box with fuel
in order to help my bike because three gas stations in the area where
closed in the afternoon.
After we had cooled ourselves in the pool, Jörg and I wanted to take
our bikes out on our own...
So we took the route we actually wanted to
experience in the afternoon.
A small, close road led us along a way with small stones everywhere...
a small bridge and back to the normal roads.
... where we had a break...
and where we decided in which
direction to go afterwards.
We finished the evening with
... with tasty barbecue, baguettes and wine of the Ardèche.
